Place breading and food in the Flip-N-Fry and shake. Pour seasoned flour, breading mix, or batter into
the bottom of the canister, place the screen insert
inside the container, and place the meat, fish, or
vegetables to be coated on top of the insert.

Close the lid tightly, then turn upside down and
side to side, shaking the mixture with the food
for even coating.   Finally, turn back up.

The excess breading, seasoned flour, or batter
falls back down through the plastic screen, leaving
the meat, seafood or produce fully and evenly
coated.  Remove the top and take out the food
to cook.
